¡±Co-blic space¡±is a compound of commercial and public space. This word represents a possibility of a new space different from traditional commercial areas, as commercial space serves as public space. We thought that co-blic shops must be linear. If they become a road, they will be exposed to more people. This might help co-blic shops both increase profit and serve as public space more efficiently. Co-blic space can be arranged in a way to link each hub in the city and be flexibly applied, according to rental conditions.

Co-blic space is built in two forms: the existing structure of a building used to re-organize internal rental units, and alleys with roofs to create internal space and to use the roof as the floor of the upstairs.
